KAME Cash Rewards Card

How does the new KAME Cash Reward Card work?

• Every time you use the KAME Cash Reward Card, you will earn points.  Once you have earned 500 points, you will receive a $10 KAME gift card that can be used for your in store purchases. 

• There is no fee to sign up for the KAME Cash Reward Card; just fill out the application and be sure to use your card each time you visit either KAME location.

• KAME points can be earned for qualifying purchases.  These purchases include: pharmacy co-pays (patient’s responsibility), over the counter drugs, uniforms, shoes and etc.  Purchases excluded from this program where points cannot be earned include: store charge accounts, items billed into insurance (co-pays or out of pocket money paid does qualify for points).

*** Exclusions apply – KAME employees and persons residing in their household cannot enroll in the rewards program.  KAME gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash.  The KAME gift cards can only be used for in store merchandise (not towards charge accounts).  Persons 18 years or older are eligible to enroll.
